Carol A. Jegou, Chairman and CEO
Carol A. Jegou is the Chairman, CEO and the majority owner. She is directly involved with the company's sales, marketing and training. In addition, Carol makes use of her many years of relational marketing to source potential new business for All Green.
Carol's additional accomplishments include consulting for a multimillion dollar national private apparel company, where she managed 20 regional sales associates in addition to operating her own agency. Her company, CKJ Associates has been among the top ten sales producing agencies in the country for the past 10 years.
Previous experience includes Co-Founder, EVP and control shareholder of a public corporation where Carol created and brought to the retail market a complete line of children's educational products of over 100 products. She built a 250-member national sales organization and personally opened and managed key accounts like Wal-Mart- K-Mart and many other big box retailers.
Carol was responsible for procuring and managing a worldwide contract with Army Air Force Exchange and negotiated a distribution agreement with Time/Warner's book division that resulted in $5 million dollars in revenue year one.
Carol created Cross Marketing programs with international corporations including M&M Mars, J&J, Huggies Diapers and General Mills. In addition, she created consumer awareness programs with Ortho Bio-Tech, and Cancer Care and was appointed to Leadership Council for the New Jersey Cancer Institute. -
Peter J. Jegou, President
Peter has been a Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of private and public companies. He has spent the last eight years restructuring several companies with an emphasis on providing leadership, execution, financing, turnaround, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, product development, establishing sales, marketing, public relations programs and developing strong management teams.
Peter's most recent accomplishment focused on the environmental services and electronic recycling industry where he was the CEO of AERC. After he secured additional private equity, the company grew five-fold over the next four years.
Peter also serves on the board of Green Vision Inc., a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) that teaches adolescent students and adults with autism how to properly dismantle and recycle unwanted electronics.
